Not C. Monty Burns - not even related. Fred Burns owns lots of things and has lots of money, has a boot-lick lackey that he calls Smithers even though his actual name is Dorfman, and has bitey barky hounds that he releasaes. We see no resemblence or anything in common with the TV Mr. Burns at all but are flattered that fans compare him to the real deal :)
